have you seen the new evinrude infomercials?
they pit the new e-tec 2 stroke 220hp boat motor against the yamaha, and mercury 220hp 4 strokes
needless to say, the thumpers got smoked!!! they claim that the e-tec has less emmisions than the 4 strokes!!
durning the info, the BRP label was constantly on the TV. I even paointed out to my wife!!
God, it would be nice to have a 800 vtwin 2 stroke new DS. It is getting long in the tooth waiting for BRP to itroduce the new throne holder in their sport line up
maybe the phantomrider has some "new" insight?????

With the new SDI snowmobile engines from BRP getting 4 stroke fuel economy and low emmissions with all the 2 stroke power, it would be nice to see a 400 - 500 class 2 stroke SDI motor in a quad frame, either sport or sport utility, lighter weight, fast revving, and powerful, just what a quad needs !!
