Default Raptor Oil Problem

Hi, I have a 2005 Raptor 660r. It runs and rides fine but when i checked my oil the otehr day, the dip stick is reading below fill, to the point where u can just tell there is oil. I find this weird as i had just put in a quart and a half of oil. I checked the oil according to specs. I checked my radiator to see if maybee the oil was mixing in the radiator, but there is no oil in there. It is not leaking out and is not being let out through exhaust. I decided to drain the oil to see how much would come out to see if it was being burned, and i got almost 2 quarts of oil out. I then refilled it and re-ran the specified oil check. Same Problem. Any Suggestions would be helpful.
Thankyou
Dan

How long had it been sitting when you checked it? Check the owners manual for the correct procedure. I think you have to warm it up, then let it sit for a couple of minutes. Also, you said you put in a quart and a half, did you just change your oil? It takes just a little over 2 quarts so if you only put in 1 1/2 that would be why.

nope.. ITs burning clean. I was thinking maybee the exhaust pipe would cause more oil to be burned.. But i think a quart is alot to burn in 1 week
