my bro has a rappy that i built for him, its a 673 with a stage 1 hot cam.
He wants to make it a 727 or 770 so hes gonna let me have the old piston and cam.
I plan on just swapping the heads and jug. My question is has any ever modded a grizzly like this?
and will i have enough low end with the stage one hot cam?
The grizz has 27" Mud lite XL and a dalton clutch kit and the big gun rev box.

good question, I work at a yamaha shop. I am trien to buy a 04, and the guys want me to put on raptor carbs intake cam pipe cdi
far as I know it would all fit basically the same top ends. Far as same torque curve and all that, sure it's not even close. look up the cam specs and see if you ordered one for a raptor verses a grizzle. If nothing else you may have to order a cam.
