Does anyone out there have any experience with this model. I am thinking of picking one up simply because the price is right, $100. I plan on installing it in the rear of my H1. Don`t plan on using the remote, rather stick to a switch on the handlebar. Have a 2500lb. warn winch in front, but sometimes having one in the rear makes sense. Thank-You.

 

I was thinking about doing the same thing, I have been stuck before where the only thing to grab on to was behind you. Do you have any ideas on to how you are going to mount it?

 

Mounting it in the rear apparently will be no problem. Have a brother who does just about anything from welding to electrical to mechanical. He has all the necessary tools. Said it would be no problem to do it. If it requires any special bracket said he can easily make one. In fact, he will be installing it in for me. Says it is easy to do. Have never done one myself, don`t have to as long as he is around. He is also a quad nut. Recently bought himself a Bomb 800.

 

I sure would be interested in seeing some pics of how you get it mounted when it is done. And give my sympathies to your bro for the bomb 800 lol.

 

I would recommend a gorillia winch off ebay, I picked up a 2500# for $106...may need your own mount for it but it comes with everything else...plus 1 yr war
