Does anyone else notice that the AC exhaust header looks like it is smaller diameter than the Kawi. It also has a really tight bend on the front cylinder. I am installing the heat wrap on the headers this weekend on both pipes, I hope this helps as its not as quick as I had hoped, but the clutch springs,2" intake snorkel, K&N, 138/142 jets and .025 needle shims should buy me some performance.

 

Thought you might want to know we carry a complete aftermarket ex. for the 650v2,a s well as dyns cdi's, our own camshafts, and head porting too. Check us out @ www.speedwerx.com . I wouldn't expect to see much of a gain if any from wrapping the pipes.
