Default DMC Exhaust

Long story short, I had the alien system for the raptor and had problems with it to include the head pipe cracked. I emailed DMC and they gave me an RMA# and said send it so they can see what they can do, which I thought was cool.

Well since they dont make the alien for the raptor anymore their was nothing they could do, no replace or repair of it. They really stepped up to the plate and 100% backed their products, since they could not do anything with the alien they just shipped me a whole new comp series Afterburner full system instead.FREE OF CHARGE That is customer service!!!

These guys rock, buy from them if you need stuff, they have excellent service!!!!!

Default DMC Exhaust

Well, It's a good thing you caught them on a GOOD day........I HAD an DMC ALIEN exhaust and it fell apart (with normal riding, NO RACING) I received allot of lip service of how they would stand behind there product AND offers of the new afterburner system, PLUS I might add, This went on for about 8 months.........

I'm glad they came to the plate for you, but as far as I'm concerned their PIPE and CUSTOMER SERVICE needs ALLOT of HELP!!!!!!!!!

O-YEA, I had the pipe welded up for $30.00 (AT MY EXPENCE) and sold it for $25.00.........
