Default raptor carb problem

i am trying to help my friend with an 2002 660 raptor. it is only running on one cylinder. fuel is only going to one side. what could the problem be and does anyone know how to fix it with out a total rebuild? we have the carb off the bike now. the floats are working and we shot carb cleaner through all the hoses and openings we can get to. any help would be really great guys!

only running on one cylinder? It's only got one to begin with!

Let's start from the top. Is fuel getting from the tank to the carb?

oh yea! duh What i meant is that fuel is only getting to one venturi of the carb. both floats are working so fuel SHOULD be getting to both sides but its not. cant find any blockage. i will see if anymore progress was made today, i havent talked to him yet, i was looking for info while working on it at the same time.
