i have a hammerhead twister with a 110cc gy6 engine today when driving my throttle went to the floor and it would not take power but the engine was reving very high I shut it off and when I restarted it the same problem persists. The engine is reving very high and the buggy won't drive the throttle cable is connected to the throttle wheel on the engine so the cable is fine as far as there would this be a carb problem. Also when this happened there was a high pitched noise from the engine. But it starts every time
