Well, They just broke the world record for a single cyl. so its been a little busy.

The Bomb forum here can see clearly what motors are getting it done. THEBOM (jeff Ross) is a major contender/example as well with super low times. These two groups worked together as a team. Erics bike Probly pissed off more two strokes this weekend than I have in years!!! LOL

Ondunes has a forum too, Its HPR friendly.

Official World Record Single Cylinder time 3.94 sec 2004 Packard

This is what is in Planet sands for Official record. Was 3.94, or do you mean World Record this race this year this week?
Was 3.94 seconds beat? If so, great! Yahoo!

Who knows, little information there, but you didn't differentiate 4 stroke above,
All I was seeing is single cylinder win THIS year and somehow transformed to Single cylinder world record.

Planet Sands does not look at world records that way, just single cylinders. Maybe this is a new world record category being set up.
I don't know. From what I was reading, it didn't make sense as a world record is not recorded for that category.

What am I missing? Its a great accomplishment for 2006, but not a recognized world record. Maybe next year - ?

Bombardier is a SINGLE CYLINDER. That's the world record for that category. What don't you understand?
There is NO SINGLE CYLINDER 4 STROKE WORLD RECORD category.

You can make your own category up I guess.

But it won't be an OFFICIAL WORLD RECORD.

He got the 2006 Single cylinder trophy.
