jsut bought a 04 z400 few questions

how do i compress the rear brake caliper to fit my new pads? also what kind of oil should i use? anything i should know?

jsut bought a 04 z400 few questions

I used a c clamp when i did my brakes. I use amsoil 20w50 semi synthetic and it works great for me
