I went out just as it got dark...where I usually ride in a forest and at the beginning is a small swamp to my left, Iwent beside it and caught a rut and the whole quad flipped upsidedown and I didn't have time to jump off the otherside so I tried to land on my feet in the water but I fell forwards and the whole front of my body was wet...it was only a couple degreeze over freezing and holly cow it was cold!!, I got up and jumped over to some dry land and flipped my quad over and startted it up(it started fine). I drove home and changed into some dry clothes...Has anyone had any flipps in the water??, I want to hear your stories please.

I flipped mine in the river about a month ago. The water was about 2 1/2 feet deep and I tried to hydoplane across, about halfway across one front tire caught a ripple and I went end over end. The quad landed on its wheels but I landed on my back in freezing cold water and i had to ride like 5 miles down the highway to get home. The only worse part to the story is that I blew a tire on the way home and had to sit and rig it up so I could get home. I aint never gonna do that agian

When I had my 400 Sport, I flipped it in a river. I was stuck underneath the quad, and boy was it heavy. I got out from underneath it, and flipped it back over. It started right up, but the handlebars were bent pretty bad. I had some cuts and bruises, but thank God I had my helmet on. The quad smashed right on my head. I think the helmet saved me from serious head injuries.

i never wrecked in water but one of my friends did. he was riding back on his track but to get there you have to cross a stream. so he decide to try to hydroplane across it, except that id dips down right before you hit the wat and he and his quad flipped foward. the only thing that was hurt was his ego!!!

I was playing in a mud hole in the woods behind my house. I was going back and forth spinning tires and making a huge mess. At some point, my tires caught something and the Bayou (86 300) stood straight up.... throwing me on my back in nasty 2" mud-water. Ruined my beeper.... dunno why I even had it with me.
