the 03/05 specs are 0.10-0.20 intake cold (0.0039-0.0078 mm )
0.20-0.30 exhaust cold (0.0078-0.0118 mm )

I think mucky means .1mm to .2mm or (.0039-.0078 inches)

Yea 10 to 20 thou and 20 to 30 thou sound very loose. I have only checked the exaust so very and they are about 10 thou. I am hoping the valves are loose and making noise and not the t-chain.

Thanks, that sounds better. I called my local dealer and they would not help me with the specs and said it would take 5-7 days to order the shims.

To adjust the valve you must change the shim under the puck. You can get a set of shims on E-bay for about $70.
