When does it smoke? Is it only when the engine is cold, or does it do it all the time? Is it worse when you're on the thottle or decelerating?
I assume you mean the smoke is coming from the exhaust, right?
If you can do it yourself it won't be too expesnive, maybe $30 at the most for a top end gasket set and the valve seals, but if you don't know how, and don't know anybody else that does it'll cost around $250 for a shop to do it.

Hello, My warrior smokes during the acceleration the most and it burns oil, about a pint for every four or five hours of ride time. Recon, do you think it is the valve stem seals or piston and rings causing my problem? I checked the valve clearance and it seemed pretty good. I just bought a rear shock from a 2001 raptor, to replace my junk warrior shock, and now I am looking at where to attack the oil burning problem. I have rebuilt many two stroke outboard motors and would not hesitate to tear in to my warrior. But I would like to know what you guys think the root cause would be.

This is one of those things where you can't say for sure, but usually oil burning from the valve seals stops after the engine gets warmed up, so i'd say that your problem is coming from the piston rings. While you have it opened up for a rebuild it would be a good time to get a high compression piston for a little more oomph, and just to be safe i'd also replace the valve seals while you already have it torn down that far.

A yamaha dealer, or one of many online parts dealers like ronnies.com or alba (those are on the higher end of the price range though) If you're really concerned about saving 2 bucks then do some searches for yamaha oem parts, and buy from the place with lowest prices, but there won't be more than a couple bucks difference online than if you just order them at a yamaha dealer or powersports shop. My local powersports shop actually gets the OEM parts cheaper than a dealer or any of the online places.
