I have a 2003 raptor with an aluminum air box K&N airfilter, Edlebrock carb, (ported and polished head coming this winter) stage 2 hotcam, kibble white titanium valve springs, white brothers racing clutch, 15 tooth front sprocket(love high speeds), durablue rear axle, front a-arm kit, front & rear lowering kit and need a *&%$@#* awesome exhaust to cap it all off with. what company should i go with??? price range anything up to about 500$.

i was looking around this site a little bit and there seems to be a feud between raptors and 450's,not to mention a sort of underlying hatred towards raptors. Let me say right now that i will leave every single 450 in the dust. and im proud of it.

As for pipes it's a rather common topic and since you've been looking around you should have found the answer many times over.
Singles - CT, Sparks, Yoshi
Duals - LTE, Barker

LTE,BARKER for duals or Sparks for single. If you think your 660 will walk on all the 450s you have a rude awakening coming your way.I have a fully built 690 that has trouble with some of the fastest 450s and so will you.

out of curiosity how much HP do u think u get out of that 690 and how much would you get out of a 720 (might be a different cc but its in the 700's)???

What kind of pipe are you using now, stock? So you have about 5 grand in aftermarket stuff and you can't decide on a pipe. It sounds like your user name should be 2 MUCH BS.

Think what you may but i recently came into some money and completely worked my raptor which was slightly neglected for a few moneths while the starter was broken. but anyway worry about your self and settle all disputes in the trails. LOL

My 690 probably has right at 60 HP but that is just an educated guess.Larger bore size wont always give more speed. The 690 Raptors are usually the faster of the big bore Raptors when built properly.A 15 tooth front sprocket will give you mpre top end but you will lose a lot of low end grunt with that gearing.
