04 suzuki lt 80 starter
#3
thanks for the help. I used to work on these things about 25 years ago. now I'm learning all over with my kids. I realized the starter problem was a stuck float in the carb and it filled the jug with fuels. there was a breaker/switch mounted under the rear of the bike which protects the starter from overload( I disassemble the entire body last night tracing all of the wiring after I realized that I wasn't getting voltage) My local, unwilling to help after the sale, nice to your face during the sale, dealer service dept. said it was a "HEAT SENSOR". But thanks for your help.
