Default Exhaust and a few other que's.

Hey guys, I already have a White Brothers R4 slip-on exhaust on my '02 DS650. If I were to get a full Ron Woods exhaust, would I have to rejet? Any other reccomendations for a full exhaust system? Also, I'm looking to get a steering damper, what would be the best one for my bike? And, I'm looking to get new plastics, where can I find new ones for not too expensive, other than ebay? Thanks for the response, guys! -JW

Yes you will prolly need to rejet with the ron woods exaust. I guess I would recommend the pep sterring damper. There is custom plastics offered for the ds that you should look at. The stock ds plastic is pretty expensive. Do a search here and you will find the plastic. It is pretty resonable priced for custom plastic.

Would you guys recommend that Laker plastic? Is it better than stock?

Yes without a doubt but it is more $$ than stock. There are no other choices for the DS when it comes to plastics

I thought the stock DS plastic was pretty reasonable from the dealer, and that is why nobody else offered them before Laker. If you want cool colors, go with the Lakers, but the stock ones aren't very expensive.
