i jus bought a 89 warrior. the flaws are, it smokes when you hammer the gas, and let off. the starter button is not hooked up, you have to ground it and boost it from a battery. It has new top end and rings. i payed 500 bucks tell me was it worth it?

 

what's the rest of the quad look like?

 

the plastic has a crack in the bak but that is it.

 

I guess that's not too bad. But new top end? Somebody messed up then, because it shouldn't smoke if the top end was rebuilt.

 

ya i dont think it got rebuilt. it has the power like it did, but the piston is all black with carbon build up and it is not very new looking. i guess im gonna take one last ride with it then throw a new piston in. thx a lot
