Default Should i TWIST it?

I am thinking of getting a twist throttle for my raptor. My last race i was getting bad arm pump and i could barely hit the throttle. Who runs twist throttle here? Is it worth to get?

I've got two for my raptor, one slow and one fast. I really like them for everything but flattrack and drag racing.
