Hi folks....

I wonder if anyone has installed a 2nd. battery on a quad? I plan to be away for 4 or 5 days at a time and it would be help-full to have a "camp" battery that will charge as I am riding. I was thinking of a setup like my sailboat.

Have 2 batteries and be able to select #1 or #2 or both to run essential camp items and charge 1 or 2 or both..

ALSO: I heard something about a second coil winding for extra "essential" items but have not looked into that.

Ideas? Criticisms? revolution's?
