Bombardier customer service... your experiences

I have not had to contact Bombardier.... Yet. However, there is quite a buzz about this...thought maybe we could get all the responses on one thread. Please describe your experience with customer service. Thanks.

I emailed them once - they replied back. That is my only contact with their CSRs. I have seen some legitimate complaints and others I think people just want to get crap for free even though they really don't deserve it.

DRAGON.....starting trouble is the furthest thing from my mind. Right now, I feel pretty high about Bombardier. I truly want to find out what kind of experience I can expect from customer service. Hopefully, I never have to contact them. But, then again you never know. As for someone who wants to rant and rave AGAINST Bombardier....don't bother posting.
