Default Bombardier customer service... your experiences

I have not had to contact Bombardier.... Yet. However, there is quite a buzz about this...thought maybe we could get all the responses on one thread. Please describe your experience with customer service. Thanks.

I emailed them once - they replied back. That is my only contact with their CSRs. I have seen some legitimate complaints and others I think people just want to get crap for free even though they really don't deserve it.

When are you going to stop crying about what you percieve as poor customer service. In your 49 total posts all you have done is b!tch and complain about how you think you got screwed by BRP, and how you will not buy any more BRP products. Take some personal responsibility and realize that you did not fully read your contract with your dealer. This is a dealer problem not a BRP problem. Quit whinning.

So wrong you are. BRP advertised it on their website in Feb. So until you know all the facts, shut your trap.

FLYINGREV...The whole point of this thread was so that we could glean from experiences. I dont know what your talking about...please give us the full story so that we can understand what you are saying.

Yawn....Pastor, most of us are already aware of his exact complaint. Could Bombardier done more for you....yes, was it thier fault.... A Pastor, based on your history, this appears to be nothing more the a pot stirring thread. Hope I am wrong, and you have come beyond that....

DRAGON.....starting trouble is the furthest thing from my mind. Right now, I feel pretty high about Bombardier. I truly want to find out what kind of experience I can expect from customer service. Hopefully, I never have to contact them. But, then again you never know. As for someone who wants to rant and rave AGAINST Bombardier....don't bother posting.
