2005 kodiak cooling fan not working

2005 kodiak cooling fan not working
on the weekend my kodiak overheated i found the rad is half cake with mud but the fan failed to come on. i was hopeing that someone could tell me where the fan fuse and the heat sensor are on my 2005 kodiak? i would like to check these before i strip her down to check to see if the fan moter is cooked.
