i am trying to find new cam chain, cam gear, racing cam, racing valves and race rockers and i cant find any anyone know good sites or good places to find racing parts for them

You should be able to use parts for a 300ex, the motors are identical, the only difference is the electric start, and the 300 has a longer stroke rod, the heads, cams, etc, are pretty much the same, the 250x had a slightly better cam in it from the factory, but racing cams for the 300ex should work just fine, along with all other motor parts.

And for everones information, the 250x and 300ex are NOT the same!! The 300 has alot wider gears in the tranny. You cannot swap tranny parts!! They are also a very slightly different ratio. The cases are also different. They are machined to clear the gears on a 300. The cranks are different. The heades are different. They use different volumes, although they can be swaped. Most of everthing else is the same.
