Default faulty fan moduale keeping fan on

i have a 2005 sportsman 700 twin, its been up to the dealer 3 or 4 times for the same thing, the hot temp indicator keeps blinking and the fan won"t shut off, sometimes the fan will start up all by itself without the key even in it, twice they had to replace the battery cause the fan would come on during the night and kill the battery, is anyone elese having this problem, they tell me that polaris hasen"t come up with the software to make a new moduale that will correct this , thanks joe,

well they just told me yesterday that in the next couple of weeks polaris is sending out a notice to all the dealers to correct the problem with a newly designed modual that will hold the customers over until they can get the software in place to make the final design for the actual real fix, well at least there trying,
