I have the Pro-X 310 cylinder and like it alot. It makes great power and is very reliable. So I would imagine that a resleeved stock cylinder to 310 would also work well.

I have never had a sleeved 295 big bore, but from the looks of the setup it seems that to insert that large sleeve they actually have to bore farther into the water jacket of the cylinder(this makes sense). Anyway, everyone I have talked to says that once they get the sleeve in they overheat very easily. With less water jacket, less heat can be removed do you see where I am going with this? You would be better off getting the aftermarket 310 kit. With 2 times the cooling capacity of a stock cylinder, and probably 4 times as much as a big bore sleeved cylinder it would be a much more reliable engine.

Spend the extra money on a new jug like the Pro-X. When re-sleeving the stock jug to 295cc, the sleeves become too thin and have a tendency to break, and I've never even seen a stock cylinder bored to 310cc.
