Anyone know what the top speed on the DS250 is?

 

my friend said i went about 85km/h (52mph) but that was downhill with the wind with me

 

Was that down a mountain.I was thinking 52mph.Or is it a ds650 he has that will do 72mph.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

it wasnt a mountain but it was a pretty big hill, probly about 400 yards long with 50 yards elvation difference from top to bottom and i was already going regualr top speed (70km?) when i was at the top

lol there aint no way a little 250 is getting in the 70s....even low 60s would be a challenge a good challenge.

 

So, anyone (on this planet), with a 250 know what top speed is for sure? Phrode asked a good question. I've asked about the 250 as well and was told I'd be board on it. I seem to think it would be a great trail bike for the wife, but i don't know the handeling characteristics of them.
I'm with Nathanpri, guessing mid 40's. 50 would be cool, but my buddy's 400 ACat ute tops at 55. being that the 250 is about half the weight and chain drive, it might get there. How's the acceleration? even if it tops at 40, but has good acceleration, it'd be worth a look. gettin there's all the fun anyway.
