03 Grizzly Brush Gaurd
#1
I am looking for a stock 03 grizzly brush gaurd. The dealer wanted 160+ tax and seatlesportsplaza.com wants about the same thing. I've heard too many stories to order from them. You either get it super fast or wait a month. Wondering if there are any other sites that sell this. Oh I've also looked on ebay with no luck.
Why do I need one? Well thats funny, it isn't for me its for my best friend. We were riding the other day and he decides to ride through some quick sand...Yeah there is quick sand in Kentucky. My warrior for sure wasn't going to pull this beast out, so 2 other buddies one with a honda 300 2WD and the other with a honda 300 4WD pulled and pulled until the front brush gaurd was ripped right off. The owner was standing in chest deep quick sand holding the griz up the best he could. If we let it sit there you could see this thing sink slowly. It took 2 hours to get it out but we did, with no motor damage at all. I tore it all apart and cleaned it up, let it sit for a day it started/ran fine.
I prefer sport quads and will soon step up to a 450 and let me girl friend ride the warrior since I have money invested in it..But will soon after that invest in a grizzly. I rode the hell out of it yesterday and today and this thing is bad ***. I knew it was, but I never really got the full experience. Actually around my area a utility of some sort is ideal. But I love the sport quads and hitting mud holes as fast as I can so I don't get stuck. His sits up higher then normal with a ITP rim/wheel combo and will hit 65MPH without any problems.
Here are some pics of the grizzly and my warrior just for eye candy!
