Who can help me with some basic m/x measurments?

Is anybody out there with some bulldozing or m/x experience that can share some recommendations to create some safe and user friendly jumps? Distances, heighth and angles for some doubles, triples and sequential singles. Any help or helpful links would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!
