Redcat MPX 150 ATV

I ordered two of these and can you believe that they SHIPPED these units to me KNOWING that the front and rear sprockets do not line-up and will throw the chain within a few feet?
They knew they had issues with this because they sent me SPACERS to bring out the rear sprocket further[AFTER the issue] and its STILL not enough to keep the front/rear sprockets aligned.
Pisses me off that they send them to customers like this.

Send them back.....if you paid with a credit card call them and tell them the product is defective. If they get the money taken away they will want the quads back..)

Mudddy, what are they doing to fix the problem? Do they have more spacers to try? Fascinating they would sell a quad that the chain wont stay on. Quantity before quality I guess.

Yah,
they sent me some sprocket spacers to install at the rear sprocket. The chain STILL jumps and comes off within seconds. Pisses me off that Redcat KNOWS of this problem and will still ship these units WITHOUT sending the spacers OR even telling the customer about it.
I dont know what they intend to do now,but it needs a fix.

I am a RedCat authorized Dealer and they did'nt mention ANYTHING about this problem when we ordered these units.
Our dealership mechanic is also a fabricator and he is fabricatiing some spacers that will give us the fix we need to align the front and rear sprockets.
