A friend of mine has an 01 kodiak 400 and just recently started having fuel problems. It will run for awhile then all of a sudden starts missing like its not getting gas and it won t even idle. Anybody have any suggestions. He tried dry gas and that didn t help

 

How long before it misses....2 minutes...8minutes more....

 

Get a bottle of FUEL INJECTOR cleaner and pour it in to a whole tank of gas. That dont fix you up it needs to be rebuilt.

 

why a bottle of fuel injector cleaner? Its not fuel injected its a carburator... I'm no mechanic but that doesnt seem to make any sense to me.
