kazuma falcon 110 no spark or weak spark . we have 2 of this units so we have swaped everything exept the wring harness.
any sudgestions?????? we tryed cdi, new plug , coil from other known running machine, ignition switch, accesory switches on the left, magneto from other machine.

and everything we have taken from the bad unit works great on the running machine.
we took the machine to the dealer we got it from. they kept it for 2 weeks and gave up on it
took it to power sports in houston they said magneto. but we put the one from the running machine no go.

any help will be appreciated.

how are you checking for spark

 

yes we checked for spark . thats why we are asking about it . sometimes we have a weak spark sometimes nothing at all.
we have tryed everything, magneto ,cdi , sparkplug, coil, relay, contrler, swaped main switch, swaped start button on the left the hole assy.
engine rotates, seems to have good compression (pushes my figer out of the way) we called race way they said to try the wire harness.
no luck there either
side note everything that came out from the bad atv went the the runnning atv and runs fine on it.

we are very stumped on this one.

I had to replace the stator on mine. I was getting intermittent spark. That was the culprit.

 

 

The problem ended up being on the left hand switch shut off not the ignition switch.
it shorted out some how. we could have replaced the hole assembly. but at the time we had a trip planed with the atvs and decided to mount a separate switch
