Default grizz snorkel

I have an 06 grrizzly that sputters whenever i enter water ( due to steam entering the engine through the intake, so i am told ) how can i make a snorkel at home or who sells a good snorkel kit. I would also like to get better ventalation for my belt and clutch. It sucks in water every time i go through water that comes up over my front rack.

Hi Warrior

I dont think it's your intake I think it could be your small vent line from your carb that is not placed where it sould be and if that dont work try swaping your spark plug cap with a buddys. If you remove your spark plug cap try to shake to see if something is loose inside. If there is dont look any further.

Good Luck

If yer going in water that goes over the front rack, then you definately need to start thinking about putting in a snorkel kit... The occasional small splash won't do anything... but if you're getting a wave... then you need to go slower until you get the kit installed.

Also, make sure the tube that connects to the belt housing hasn't come loose. Remember it extends up over your back rear tire and up to the box by the back of the seat...
