yamaha blaster idle adj

Default yamaha blaster idle adj
i just bought a brand new yamaha blaster and it wont idle, i have tried adj idle screw but think that maybe im adj the wrong screw, can someone explain to me exactly where the screw is on the carb?

Default yamaha blaster idle adj
on top of the carberator theres the t.o.r.s the idle screws on top of that.when you take off your seat it should be right in front of the gas tank faceing up.
