Default Rappy locked up.

I rolled my rappy into a pond yesterday (its long story, but funny) now it wont run, it seems to be locked up. Is it vapor locked? What can I do to free it up? Anyones input would be greatly appreciated.

Default Rappy locked up.

drain all fluids
leave all screws out overnight (or blow out openingswith an air compressor at low pressure)
clean air filter
Refill fluids and replace screws

I have a prodesign filter kit with k&n, I didnt see any water in the box or any water come out of the tailpipe when I pulled it out.

Remove the spark plug and turn the motor over by hand a few times to clear all the water out of the cylinder, drain the oil and refill the oil. Then pour a small amount of oil down he spark plug hole and turn over by hand a few more times. Then new plug and try to start. If it starts run for a little while and check for signs of water in oil. It is very important to change the fluids and oil the cylinder, as it does not take long to start rusting.
