250EX:WARRIOR TRADE FAST!!!!!!
ok this guy told me he would trade his warrior (98) for my 01 250ex his has aftermarket tires and rims but needs new fron and has a cheap exhaust mine has the mods under my sig. check out the link at the bottom for the warrior

Always sounds fishy to me when someone wants to trade down like that. There are legitimate reasons for it though, I would just hate to see you trade for a quad that has issues.

yea but im gonna make sure it runs before i even start mine for him lol but yea thanks for the reply but do you think it is an even trade with 300 i think he has a wife so i think thats why is is down grading but anymore help will be appreciated

As long as it runs well and doesn't need anything it is probably worth a trade. i would have him at least throw on some new front meats. Kind of BS you shell out $300 AND have to buy new front tires.

Do NOT get a Warrior! I was riding a Warrior, probably before you were born. Worst machine I ever had!
The Warrior handles HEAVY. It isn't all that heavy, it just HANDLES heavy. Very old school. I wouldn't trade a 250EX for a brand new Warrior.

I agree with reconranger!!!!
Our family had a warrior 350 in the late ninties and it was no fun to ride at all and we would end up riding the blaster 200 over the warrior if that tells you anything.
The 250 ex as a design is far superior.
I vote: NO TRADE
Take the money you save and buy HONDA stock (HMC) instead.
