Default Warrior a-arm interchange

I was wondering if anyone knows if a-arms from a '01 Warrior will fit my '88.I can't find any part numbers on the web to compare, and I don't want to buy these if they won't fit.I just need to know if there is a difference,is it the ball joint, the bushings,or if they won't work at all.

Thanks

Unfortunately they won't fit, the 87 and 88's have a completely different frame from the 89-2004s. So pretty much if the a-arms aren't for an 87 or 88 they won't fit. And even the 87 and 88 a-arms aren't exactly the same. 87's had replaceable ball joints, and the 88's were welded in.

Thanks for the info. Now,where does that leave me?The lower left a-arm has a bad ball joint. It's not broke yet,but I don't trust it.A new arm from my dealer is $231.Online dealers are not alot cheaper. Is there a budget alternative?
I fabricate alot for my drag car and I'm not afraid to cut and weld, but I'm hoping for an easier alternative.
Any ideas?

They're being parted out all the time one ebay, you could probably buy a complete set of 4 for $100 and then have the others as extras in case your other ones start wearing out eventually. You could also call around to local shops and see if they have any laying around, but that's going to be hit-and-miss.
