Help with raptor 700
#1
I installed new ims shifters after i bent up the cluth lever pretty bad. When i ordered them they said they fit. The brake lever was fine and very easy to install. When i went to install the clutch lever i noticed a wire that goes into the clutch perch that will not allow you to start the quad if the clutch is not pulled in. This is dangerous without it. Also i could not use the parking brake anymore. I just tie strapped them for now to the steering stem. How do you dissconnect the safety swith? I think the wire goes to a selanoid. Do i need some kind of plate for the parking beak. Will it go by the rear brakes? Im a little confused. Thanks for your help.

You can get a parking plate block off for like $10 that goes on the rear brake , then just rmove everything else. The clutch sensor you can just splice into it add tie the wires together. This will make it think the clutch is pulled in, just remember that when starting.

The sensor on the shee was setup opposite of that. Try following the wire.. there should be a spot you can disconect it and it will just be bypassed. Dont cut anything until you try that.
