Default Yamoto 200cc Suspension Stiff!!

The old lady rode the 200cc for the first time today, and the suspension seems non existent! Over every little bump it looked like she was going to fly off... (kinda funny to see, but I didn't dare laugh). Are there any solutions to fix this problem? She's used to riding the Suzuki LTZ 250 and Yamaha Raptor 660, so she's been pampered before riding the China-Mobile.....

smoovlatino,

I'm sorry to hear the Yamoto isn't working out.

With the right modifications and a few hundred dollars for new shocks anything is possible.

I bet your wife will be riding that Z250 again and not the Yamoto.

It's not like comparing apples to apples; it's more like comparing apples to sour grapes.

Did you buy the Yamoto because you were curious about the Chinese quads?

Hope all works out.

Good Luck.

SB.

Yea

I bought a 200cc yamoto its awsome I mean it runs great, the only problem was the battery,

It would not hold a charge and it was not the alternator so we bought a new one for like 30 bucks,

But the other problem was the suspension is very stiff so i have to stand when riding over large bumps and really hard dirt.

But both those can be fixed, and you dont find to many water cooled 200's,

Plus origianaly Yamoto was a subcontracter under yamaha so the parts on it if they still say yamoto(beacause soon they will be changeing their name, at least what i heard from the settlement,(went to court, because yamoto was selling in the usa and was only supposed to in japan)so i hope what i heard was right) But anyways somewhere around 55%-75% on the yamoto's parts are what they use on yamaha's so it is at the top of the line of off brands.

But it is still an off brand, but i have faith in it
