Default Need a price on a sportbike

Im not trying to sell this here, just wanna ask how much you think its worth...

I have a 2002 YFZR6 for sale. It has a 13000 miles on it (tac reads 16000 due to sprocket). Bike has been kept in a garage and been droped once on each side at a stand still (only small scratches). I have kept excellent care of this bike and I bought it from one of my friends (he was the original owner). Here are the mods. Im hoping to get 5k for it, think that is too much?

Akrapovic Evolution 2 Exhaust ($1300)
K&N Air filter ($60)
Carbon fiber turn signals ($120)
51 tooth rear sprocket ($60)
Black frame sliders ($45)
Blue windscreen ($80)
Blue progrips ($35)
Dunlop Sportmax's (front tire %50 rear at wear mark)
Kevlar Clutch ($100)

Last year the local powersports shop sold a completely stock R6 for $2,200. The top of the tank was caved in, probably from someone sitting/standing on it, and it had been dumped once or twice because it was a little scuffed up on one side. I'm still kicking myself in the **** for not jumping on that deal, because now my buddies are all getting bikes. It depends on the time of year you sell it, and what the market is like in your area, but around here i'd estimate it selling for around 3-3500 at the beginning of riding season.

NADA on an 02' R6 is $4,715. Minus a couple hundred since it's been down a few times. I'd say anywhere from $4,000-4,500 would be a good price.
