it really didnt come to a shock to me....it was only a matter of time...not really trying to say bad things about the deceased, but he surpassed the odds on living years ago...he was deffently on borrowed time.....but i hate it for his family, im sure he was good family man...

He was very passionate about what he did I always thought I would hear about a alligator or a snake getting him sooner or later but who would have thaught a sting ray? I feal for his wife and kids what a tradgety. RIP

He did come across as invincible because of his constant flirting with dangerous creatures. He will be missed... he came across as a charismatic character and his methods for wrangling gators was very humane. R.I.P. Steve...you'll be missed.

when we were in the grand caymans we went to a place called stingray city where the people were picking them up out of the water and everything. we fed them squid and anchovies and i mean huge ones also. i guess that goes to show you how easy it really is for your life to be ended. i have a funny feeling that his wife will keep the show going
