Anyone know how the axle comes off, there are not 2 nuts like on a Kasea...

 

Does it have sleeves over the ends of the axle? If so, the axle slips out when you take off one of the nuts that hold the hubs on. Those sleeves act as spacers to hold everything in place and lined up. Hope this helps. Ride safe. Ed and crew.
