700 Grizz vs. 650 Otty

Did you notice that 3 of your 4 criteria focus on the motor? There are SOO many other things to consider when defining an "all-around wheeler".
Besides, there is no such thing as one single best wheeler. Different people have different riding styles, whats good for one is not good for the other.

The Grizzly has lots of improvements this year. In fact, it is an entirely new ATV from the ground up. The biggest improvement to the Grizzly isn't the power steering, or the fuel injection, but rather, it is the improved handling that results from all of the other changes made to the ATV. Yamaha moved the shocks from the upper a-arms to the lower a-arms, lowered the engine in the frame, and moved the gas tank to below the seat, so the new Grizzly has a much much lower center of gravity. And it is wider as well, so comparing the handling of the new Grizzly to the old Grizzly is about the same as comparing the handling of the new Raptor to the handling of the old Raptor. Yamaha is getting smart when it comes to building better ATVs, and the new Grizzly is fantastic.

To say that PS is not the biggest improvement to the Grizz you must not ride rocks or go were you need to lock the the front end. What kind of ridding you do sand. I fell in love with the PS and I'm Bomb person that that likes to work them hard. The otty is still a way better ATV but I do like the PS.
