700 Grizz vs. 650 Otty
#13
brpbear,
I ride in rocks with the Grizzly more than any other type of terrain. Why would you take a utility ATV to the sand anyway? (yawn) Power steering is not that big of a deal, because the old Grizzly steered fine to begin with, and because other changes to the Grizzly 700 made improvements that improved the ATV more than power steering did. The power steering is just iceing on the cake for what is a superb ATV even without it.

You will definetely be happy with the grizzly. I just picked mine up saturday and absolutely love it. That power steering is ridiculous, you can turn so easily. Ihave never ridden the outty so i can't really compare but the grizzly is awsome.

How do the outy riders keep cv boots on the inner rear? They are just sitting out there with no lower a-arm to protect them. Frame is weak as hell also. Im not a brand loyalist. But I like what I see on that new Grizz.. In the trails the 700 grizz. wouldnt have any problems keeping up with an outy. Only if you are into drag racing, would you need the power of an outy. That grizz. will have more than enough for ANYTHING else. Outy=power. Grizz=QUALITY. Period.

I almost agree I think the Grizzly, AC, King Quad, ect.... have just as much pulling power as outty. The only advantage outty has in my opinion is top speed. Thats not at all important to me out in the woods
