the steering colum or what ever im not sure what its called has become loose and has some play in the handle bars i tightened the handle bars its still loose so i think its that colum for the steering, can someone tell me how to tighten this please ? thank you. 2002 yamaha blaster.

 

Im not sure what its called either but check the gear that connects the steering stem to the tierods.
