Default precision racing steering stabilizer

hi, got qustion. i just jumped this really steep hill in my backyard and when i landed the handlebars were a little off. this jerked the handlebar into my hand as im sure most of you who have landed a little off know. needless to say my hand is in pain. my question is will the precision racing steering stabilizer help in situations like these.
