Default 700r throttle vibration

I just got to ride my 06 700r, first off let my just say WOW! what a nice quad. Great power and smooth. My only problem was the thumb throttle had a lot of vibration, so much that I had too stop many time's and get the feeling back in my thumb. Is the only solution is too get a twist throttle? I need to fix this before going too glamis too race those 450's and banshee's.

had the exact same problem here is what i did.
1..put on set of pro-taper aluminum bars and filled the bars with caulking(takes a whole tube)
2.put on a anti vibe riser(roxspeedfx.com)
3 elka steering damper...any brand would be fine...i now have zero vibes...its very very easy on the hands now

yeah i heard filling the handlebars with silicon(which you can get from a hardware store) will reduce the vibration. If you're not ready to spend money to change the handlebars get an aftermarket set of grips

I just installed TAG bar's and grip's. I think I will try the caulk and riser first. Great quad just killer on the hand's.
