Default prairie650 and ds250

They have the same size stroke (63mm)
Do you think it would be possible to bore out my DS250 from 71mm to 80 mm and put in prairie 650 piston +rings and stuff?
If that would work, would i need to rejet, probly rite? Would i maybe need a new carb? stock is a Keihin ptg23 or somthing like htat, but i think its a 23mm carb, is that big enough for a 300 cc atv?

ds250 compression is 10.5, prairie compression is 11.0 and i looked at kawi's website and it says the BF6504x4 has 63mm bore too and 9.9:1 compression would the other pistons work with their compression?
