Ok, I have a problem....I set Intake at a tight .11 and a tight .18 for the exhaust and it's louder now than what it was before I adjusted them!

Any ideas????

did you check the clearance b4 adjusting? most times the valves get tight after you get a few hours on it. so you probably had to loosen them up a little right? that would make them a little louder than what they were b4.

Default same problem....

I have an 09 700r. The valves were set at 10mm intake and 8mm exhaust. Thus was before I adjusted them to 10mm intake and 12mm exhaust. And the ticking becbece louder.

A "friend" told me to set them at 8mm intake and 10mm exhaust. Was told this would quite them down.
