Default yfz450 carb

I am working on somebody's 05 yfz and it needs a new float needle and seat. Unfortunately, I can't get the seat and they (yamaha) wants me to buy a new carb. Any other suggestions? Or does anyone have one?

Just how in the world did he wear these parts out already? These aren't exactly high wear parts or anything, they should last longer.

#23 is NOT the seat. I have talked with Keihin and Yamaha with no help. His needle seized in the brass seat. Maybe from moisture or alchohol in the gas. Either way, I called a stealership to purchase the needle and seat. What he sold me was the needle valve SET! Which does Not have the seat included. Unfortunately, I had already removed the seat in aticipation of replacing it. Now now seat available and according to Keihin"s rep, I now have an expensive paperwieght.
