im in a bind please help

Default im in a bind please help

i need to take the engine off of a 2000 big bear 2wd , i cant figure out how to disconect the drive shaft please help.

well I believe there is a sleeve for the drive shaft and take that off and the drive shaft should have the u joints and just disconnect it from either the engine of the pumpkin I am just taking a guess but don't know 100%

you cant get to the u- joints ,

alright well I just looked up and to me it looks like there is a rubber boot close to the engine which you should be able to acces the drive shaft from there or another thing that you could do is try and take the whole swingarm off and try thet way but too much work try looking at the boot first and see if you can acces it from there and also there are holes for where the swingarm bolts up to the frame and you may be able to acces it from there hope this is some help and maybe some1 with a yamaha or big bear will chime in and help
